I got home from work this afternoon and guess what? DirecTV had fixed my bill and reversed the charges I wrote about in my post of earlier today.
Yeah, I know it's amazing based on how they have handled my problems in the past two months since signing up with them. All I can says is I was amazed it had been repaired by their customer service rep. Stay tuned to see how they do business in the future.
