Maharajah IPA is awesome
You know from reading this blog I'm a fan of big big beers. I had the chance to check out Avery's Maharajah IPA a few nights ago at one of my favorite watering holes. Now, I've had it in this Boulder based company's bottles previously and didn't know what I had. But this time it was on tap and it was amazing. If you get the chance to try it straight from the keg do it. Simply amazing!

Another Micro Brew Worth Your Time
In the past week, I have had the chance to sample another fine beer. It's the IPA style and I thank my neighbors G&H for providing me the opportunity.
Maharajah IPA from Avery Brewing in Boulder, Colorado is outstanding. The product is actually a Double IPA and carries a mean kick of 10.27% alcohol by volume. It has a cloudy Gold color. This beer starts out with a large head. The first swallow is pleasant with a huge hoppy presence. And it follows with a bitterness all the way down. This is an incredible beer.
