The St. Louis Blues were eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs this afternoon by the Los Angeles Kings. The Kings were the better team and swept the Blues 4-0.
But, I have to say I was impressed with what the team accomplished this year. After only one playoff appearance in years, this team finished with the second best record in it's conference.
They say the playoffs are a whole different kind of hockey and the Blues learned that the hard way. But look out NHL this team will be back even stronger next year.
