This space is most frequently utilized for ripping the local "news" media in St. Louis. But, there are times when writers, be they in St. Louis or elsewhere, do an outstanding job and are deserving of recognition.
Check out this story written by Jeff Klinkenberg for the St. Petersburg Times. It's the story of a real man and true journalist in these days of wimpy newspapers and TV stations. The feature is excellent.
